Logosdor's mission is to see the story of Jesus communicated in a creative and contemporary way to the children of the world.
One of the ways we do this is through the animation of bible stories - putting bible stories into a format that captures children's attention and gets them asking for more.
These animations, put on max7.org, have been used all across the world - from Brisbane to Beirut, from Canberra to Cairo, from Sydney to Santiago - all in a way that introduces children to Jesus.
The amazing thing is that we have made only 10 animations on max7.org - just 10! We are always looking to increase this resource base. There are countless stories in the bible that can be animated - it just takes time and money.
Here is an opportunity for you to get involved in communicating the story of Jesus around the world.
An animation is made up of 'frames' (individual pictures). When a number of frames (or pictures) are placed in a sequence and shown in rapid succession we get the overall animation.
To produce an animation requires 25 frames every second - that's 1,500 frames per minute. Animations vary in length depending on the story but are usually 2-4 minutes.
Logosdor would like to invite you to sponsor frames of animation at $10 per frame.
Our aim is to build at least 5 new animations a year. Logosdor will continue to build the 'database' of animations that are available on max7.org. We do this because we know that children are attracted to them and that through them they will be introduced to Jesus and his saving power.
